PARTICIPANTS SHOULD READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. YOU WILL
BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM WHEN
PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE LIMITATIONS ON YOUR
RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
Cheery Baking Products (the Company), ‘hereinafter known as the ‘Promoter’) of KS15 Lancaster New City, Navarro,
General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. whose registered business number is 3322174 is the operator of the Brand
Promotion www.halapinangbola.com website.
Entry is available to all persons over the age of 21. (hereinafter known as the Entrant) Valued Customers will be able
make their entry directly on the website. A Free Entry Mail-In route option is also available to all eligible persons.
Prizes are allocated in accordance with the following terms and conditions. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms
that a participant seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom or practice. The Brand promotion
competitions take place approximately every 28 days. These dates will be posted on the website.
Eligibility Criteria.
Entry is only open to persons over the age of 21. By entering this Brand Promotion, the entrant will be deemed to
have legal capacity to do so, you will have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and you will
be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material advertised on the
website.
The Brand Promotion is governed by Philippines Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved
under Philippines Law and the Courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
You must not be an employee or an immediate family member of the Promotor. For the avoidance of doubt, an
“immediate family member” shall mean any individual with any of the following relationships to the employee:
i. spouse, and parents thereof.
ii. sons and daughters, and spouses thereof.
iii. parents, and spouses thereof.
iv. brothers and sisters, and spouses thereof.
v. grandparents and grandchildren, and spouses thereof.
vi. grandparents and grandchildren, and spouses thereof.
vii. any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is

the equivalent of a family relationship.

Account:
Valued customers making a purchase are able to enter the competition directly on the website. They may make one
entry for each purchase regardless of the value of any purchase whether it is a digital product or any other type of
product.
All entries require a valid name, full e-mail and telephone number.
It shall be your responsibility to ensure that the contact details associated with your entry (including your email
address and telephone number) are current and up to date.
If for any reason these details are entered incorrectly, the promoter will not be held responsible. Entrants must
carefully check their contact details have been recorded correctly.
Entrants shall have a valid GCash account, registered to them into which any prizes can be paid.
Mail-In/No Purchase Necessary route:
You may also enter without making any purchase (No Purchase Necessary route).
· Using your skill and judgement, place the curser on the screen to where you estimate the center ball should be.
· Make a note of the x&y coordinates shown on the screen on a piece of paper.
· Include the competition number on your entry.

· Include the Date, your Name, Telephone Number and Email address.
· Mail your entry to P.O. Box ???? General Trias, from any Philpost office at standard rates. (NOTE: The promoter does
not benefit in any way from postal charges).
· Postal entries must reach us by the end of the business day of the closing date of the competition entered. The
Promoter shall not be liable for any delays of entries reaching the P.O. Box address by the competition’s closing date.
· Free Entry allows for one x/y position. If more than one x/y position is included in any free entry, only the first one on
the page will be considered.
· Multiple individual postal entries sent separately are allowed and will be entered into the competition.
· Postal Entries shall be collected from Philpost throughout the duration of the Promotion and also at the end of the first
working day after the closing date of the competition.
· The x/y coordinates given in any postal entry will be entered into the competition database by the Promoter before the
final selection of the winner is made.
· Only postal entries that are delivered to the P.O. Box address will be accepted. Hand delivered entries to Promoter’s
address or agents will not be accepted.
· It is imperative that if you chose this route to play that all of your contact details are accurate and up to date.
· Entrants shall have a valid GCash account, registered to them into which any prizes can be paid.
· All Postal entries for each competition shall be kept on file by the Promoter for auditing purposes.
NOTE: Postal entries and online entries are judged equally and have the same and equal opportunity of being in the
winning position
How to Play
· You will be required to tick a box confirming that you accept these terms and conditions.
You will be required to tick a box to confirm that you are over 21 years of age.
· You will be shown a photograph where the ball has been removed from it and then using your own skill and
judgment, and by using the on-screen target cursor you must select the location where you believe the judges
will decide the centre of the ball should be if a ball was in the image. For our valued customers making a
purchase, the computer then registers the spot you selected as your entry in the competition.
· Free Entry plays shall be submitted by mail to the address listed above.
· At the end of the competition, two independent adjudicators will determine where they think the centre of the ball
should be using their own skill and judgement. The position is judged in x/ y coordinates to the nearest pixel.
· If your chosen x/y coordinates showing the centre of the ball location matches or is closest to the judge’s centre
of the ball location out of all entries, you win the prize.
· Please refer to the website for details of the start and end times of each competition.
Determination of the winner
· At the end of the competition, two independent adjudicators will determine where they think the centre of the ball
should be using their own skill and judgement. The position is judged in x/ y coordinates to the nearest pixel.
· Adjudicators will be different and/or rotated for each competition to give the best options for selecting the final position
of the ball.
· Within 5 (five) working days of the end of each competition, when all guest entries have also collected and recorded
into our system, the adjudicators shall meet at the premises of the promoter to determine the location where they believe
the centre of the ball to be. This judging process will be live streamed online for fairness and transparency.
· The judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
· In the event that one or more entrants has chosen the same exact x/y coordinates showing the correct position or
nearest position, the data of the entrant that was first recorded on our system to identify that position within the
period of the competition will be deemed to be the winner.
· Within 2 (two) working days of that determination, the promotor will then identify if any of the entries match with
the judges’ choice of position. This will include all postal entries that were submitted by the end date.
· The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied by the entrant.

· If for any reason the promoter is unable to contact a winner within 5 days (which may be extended at the sole
discretion of the promoter) of the end of a competition, or the winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize, or the winner
is disqualified as a result of contravening any of these terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize and it will be
awarded to the entrant with the next closest coordinates. For the avoidance of doubt, once the prize has been forfeited the
original winner will have no further claims against the promoter.
· Holder of the winning position will be contacted by the promotor to confirm their identity, age and that the account is
legally theirs or that they had authorisation to use it before any prize will be paid or delivered. Any failure to meet these
obligations may result in the winner being disqualified and the promoter choosing an alternative winner.
· Winners may be asked to provide I.D. to confirm that they are the same person identified by our records and that they
are over 21 years of age.
Allocation of prizes
The winner shall be solely responsible for the payment of any taxes to applicable regulatory authority.
Personal data
Participants’ names and general locations may be published or made publicly available if they are the winner of the
promotion in accordance with any regulatory requirements. In such circumstances, the promoter may also make free
use of this information and the participants’ photographs for publicity and public relations purposes, both during this
and future promotions by the promoter This includes making their name and photograph available on the promoter’s
websites and social media platforms.
All Entrants are automatically entered onto the promoter’s database for the purpose of conveying information as to
the status of their competition, as well as any future marketing promotions or competitions offered by the promoter.
Limits of Liability
No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer,
telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections,
availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic
congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes or for postal entries or parts thereof being
illegible.
The promoter shall use its best endeavours to award the prize for a competition to the correct entrant. If due to
reasons of hardware, software or other computer related failure, or due to human error the prize is awarded
incorrectly, the promoter reserves the right to reclaim the competition prize and award it to the correct entrant, at
its sole discretion and without admission of liability.
The promoter shall not be liable for any economic or other consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons
to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due. The promoter shall use its best
endeavours to ensure that the software and website(s) used to operate its competitions perform correctly and
accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers.
For the avoidance of doubt, only the x/y coordinates recorded in our systems, howsoever displayed or calculated,
shall be entered into the relevant competition and the promoter shall not be held liable for any competition entries
that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or other event.
The promoter reserves the right to disregard any entries for any competitions that they, in their sole discretion,
deem an abuse of the competition including but not limited to transactions that are not for the personal benefit of
the account holder or guest player.
The promoter reserves the right to remove any entrant to any competition where the promoter has reason to
believe that an entrant has breached or tried to breach these terms and conditions or attempted to circumvent any
security or operational procedures.
All decisions by the promoter are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Extension of competition
The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date of any competition if for any reason
any aspect of the competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer
virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the
control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
the Competition.

Alternative Prize
No alternative prize shall be offered. The winning prize is as per the promotion.
Data Protection Notice
Any personal data that you supply to the promoter or authorise the promoter to obtain from a third party, for example.
a payment system operator, will be used by the promoter to administer the competition and fulfil prizes where
applicable. In order to process, record and use your personal data the promoter may disclose it to;
i. payment system whose name you give.
ii. any person to whom the promoter proposes to transfer any of the promoter’s rights
and/or responsibilities under any agreement the promoter may have with you.
iii. any person to whom the promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it.
iv. comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the promoter in any country.
v. prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.
vi. Promoter will not share personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes and this data will
remain the property of the Promoter.

Philippines whose registered business number is 3522174 and are the operator of this promotion via the
www.halapinangbola.com website. It is operated to raise brand awareness of the company and its products.
Buyer of products and services sold under this promotion, as well as winners, with reference to their prizes shall enjoy the same
guarantee, warranty, and remedy provided for under R.A. 7394 or the Consumer act of the Philippines and other pertinent laws.
Please Note: These Terms and Conditions take precedence over any other copies or translations unless otherwise stated.
