Anyone over the age of 21 can enter.
Is this competition legit?
Yes, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) have confirmed that “the activity falls under the exemption for securing or applying for Sales Promo Permit from the Department”
How many entries can I make?
There is no limit to how many entries you can make but online entries are allowed five attempts each time. Other options allow multiple single entries.
Are all entries included in the judging process?
Yes, all entries, whether online or by other options are added to the competition database before judging takes place and all and every entry has an equal possibility of winning.
Is this competition a Game of Chance?
No. This is a game of skill and judgement. You need to study the photo in the competition, look at the players, where are they looking? How is their body positioned? You need to use this information to estimate where the judges will decide where is the most likely position of the ball.
Is this competition a Lottery or Raffle?
No. Winners are not chosen by randomly selected numbers or entries and entrants are using their skill and judgement to estimate where the judges will mark the where they estimate the centre of the ball removed from the photograph should be as shown on the website.
Is this gambling or gaming?

Do I have to pay tax if I win?
Any amount over 10,000 php should be declared for tax. Entrant is liable for any taxes payable on winnings.

What is this Promo?
This is a Marketing Promotion by Cheery Bakery Products to build a database for future promotions and sales. It is not a direct Sales Promotion as there is no particular product being offered for sale as a term of entry.
What if I don’t want to play online?
No problem. Use the Mail-In option. Simply post your entry to us at the address included in the Terms and Conditions and we will include it in the final choosing of the winner. It is free to enter this way.

We are suppliers of Bakery Equipment from machinery to hand tools. We can also offer a wide range of freshly baked goods, including breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and custom desserts. We also provide gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary-specific options.
2. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired products and checking out. For customised orders and products, you can call or email us.
3. Do you offer custom cakes or desserts?
Yes, we specialize in custom cakes and desserts for all occasions, including birthdays, weddings, and corporate events. Please contact us at least one in advance for custom orders but wedding cakes should be ordered as soon as possible to give us sufficient time to create and finish your design
4. What is your delivery area?
We deliver to Nationwide. If you are outside our standard delivery Metro Manila) zones, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
5. What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the size of your order. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout.
6. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, you can choose the pickup option at checkout. Please contact us during our business hours to collect your order.
7. How far in advance should I place my order?
For standard products, we recommend ordering at least [insert time, e.g., 24-48 hours] in advance. For custom orders, please contact us at least 1 week before your event.
8. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
We offer a variety of options for dietary restrictions, including gluten-free and vegan items. However, our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination may occur. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order.
9. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made at least, 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery to qualify for a refund. Refunds for custom orders are subject to our discretion. We do not offer refund on any digitally downloaded products such as e-books.
10. How do I store your baked goods?
To maintain freshness, store breads and pastries at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 48 hours. Cakes and desserts should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
11. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they may not be possible for orders already in production.
12. Do you offer gift cards?
No. We do not offer gift cards at present.
